We look forward to welcoming a bubbly, hard working & loyal person to our friendly team. We are open 7 days a week, all year round and also serve dinner Wednesday - Saturday too, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings & weekends is essential. Your days will consist of straight shifts but your ability to be flexible is vital. Previous environment would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista / All rounder Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience for our guests through your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Required to make & serve coffees
  • Set up & clean down of coffee machine
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area and back of house.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
  • Learning our menus and offerings to be able to inform customers & answer any queries.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service in line with our ethos.

Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all areas of work.
