Full job description

Casual team members required for our front of house team, offering table and bar service.

We are a small independent group of food led pubs offering fresh, local, seasonal dishes with a team ethos and a real passion for being great at what we do while supporting individuals to progress with us along the way.

As part of our proactive front of house team, you will be instrumental in delivering great hospitality at one of our popular destination country inns in West Dorset, all within driving distance of Dorchester, Weymouth and Bridport.

In return for your enthusiasm and hard work, we provide a dynamic atmosphere with opportunities to progress your skills, voice your ideas and work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Ideally you will have previous experience but as long as you have an appetite to learn and progress, we’ll provide all the training for you to succeed. In return you will receive the National Minimum Wage for your age PLUS tips resulting in your hourly rate reaching above the min wage.

Own transport essential due to our location.
