Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Team Leader to join our fast-paced hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, a passion for excellent customer service, and experience working in a busy restaurant environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, leading and developing staff, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Train and develop staff in food preparation, culinary techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure all supplies are readily available.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with management to introduce initiatives that improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and culinary operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
