Front of House Team Member (Borough Market, London Bridge or Bank Stations)

Approx. 11am–5pm | 4 or 5 Days Per Week | National Living Wage (21+)

Friendly Front of House Team Member wanted for our busy Borough Market food stall, taking orders, serving customers and helping keep things organised and clean.

Please only apply if you:

  • Are fluent in spoken English
  • Enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • Are good under pressure at busy times
  • Are comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift
  • Are happy working outdoors in all seasons
  • Can commit to 4 /5 days each week (The available days could potentially be split between two applicants)

About Nana Fanny's

We're a 3rd generation family-run street food business specialising in salt beef, schnitzels and falafels. We're looking for someone friendly, dependable and hardworking to join our small team.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking customer orders and handling payments
  • Welcoming customers and answering menu questions
  • Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Helping food reach customers quickly during busy periods
  • Basic food assembly when required (training provided)
  • Keeping the stall clean, organised and well presented throughout the day
  • Washing up and carrying out general cleaning duties

Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is required.
