Assistant Manager – The Bridge Arms, Bridge

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager who wants to be part of that journey.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently balance exceptional floor presence with strong organisational and administrative ability.

You will work closely with the senior management team to help drive standards across every area of the business — from service and guest experience to team culture and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the pub at all times
• Supporting and inspiring the front-of-house team during service
• Managing daily administrative tasks including bookings, rotas, stock control, emails, and compliance
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and team development
• Helping drive the business forward as part of an ambitious and growing operation
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food-led environment
• Being part of a management team that genuinely cares about quality, detail, and progression

• Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for food, drink, and exceptional service
• High personal standards and excellent attention to detail
• Leadership qualities with a positive, energetic approach
