Waiter / Waitress Staff - The White Horse, Eaton Bray

Are you a talented, charismatic individual who would enjoy delivering a great service experience to our customers?

We are seeking experienced and passionate Waiter / Waitress Staff to join our team through our journey to be the best pub in the area. The ideal candidate(s) should have pub/restaurant experience and be able to demonstrate a high energy approach due to the fast pace nature of the business. Individuals must be confident, outgoing, polite and happy to engage with customers whilst being great team players!

Candidates must be over 21.

The White Horse is nestled in the pretty village of Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt welcome and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment
  • Assist with hosting duties and help oversee smooth service
  • Support menu development, including drinks and seasonal offerings
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar and service areas
  • Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service and maintained throughout
