Job Summary:
Servers are proactive, motivated and solution focused, whilst providing warm, gracious hospitality.

They need to show the confidence and necessary experience to create a place of warmth, hospitality and deliver a great experience for both the team and guest.

Duties:

  • To provide gracious, welcoming and warm hospitality. Above all else.
  • To support your team and management, show trust and responsibility
  • To ensure personal standards of knowledge and understanding of the role is highest at all times
  • To support manage inventory efficiently and effectively
  • To ensure that warm, knowledgeable and approachable hospitality is delivered consistently in line with company ethos
  • To establish and maintain excellent guest and local patron relations
  • To ensure all guest feedback is dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner

To be accountable to yourself and the team

  • No job is outside of your role, big or small, support your teammates
  • Ensure you approach your work in a positive, can-do way

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to handle peak periods effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as required
