Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring valuable hospitality industry experience,excel in a fast-paced environment,demonstrate self-motivation and exceptional customer service.

Position Details:

• Full-time,permanent position
• Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be available for working evenings,weekends,bank and school holidays
• Live-in accommodation available for the right candidates
• Holiday Park Experience Essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer service and team efficiency,adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.
• Manage financial performance,covering cash,stock,cellar,security,and Health & Safety.
• Follow administrative processes,contribute to annual budget compilation,and handle customer complaints.
• Foster team relationships through support,coaching,and appraisals.
• Maintain cleanliness in bars,restaurants,cellars,and customer areas.
• Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.
• Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
• Adhere to stock takes,delivery,and cellar management procedures.
• Enforce relevant legislation,including Health & Safety,hygiene,fire,and licensing laws.
• Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.
• Control costs,including stocks and wages,in line with business needs.
• Maximize income by analysing and responding to weekly financial results.
