Overview
We are a private members club seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our bar team and ensure exceptional service in a vibrant Cricket Club. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As an experienced member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, , and maintain high standards of food safety and beverage quality.

Duties

  • Ensuring a high level of service and teamwork.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Help to develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
  • Oversee the planning of special events including Artists and entertainment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock control to minimise waste working with the Bar Committee.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Bar Committee on the day to day running of the bar.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, specifically within a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage service.

Full Time position of working between 20-30 hours per week season dependant, main shifts are opening hours Monday through Saturday on various shifts one Sunday a month, other hours are then managed by applicant during the week for admin and management issues.
