### Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Front of House Team Member to join our team. At King Street Kitchen we strive for excellent and efficient service, creating a welcoming experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced cafe environment, we would love to hear from you. You will need to be able to work quickly, neatly and with accuracy to keep up as we are a busy cafe, so we are looking for someone with plenty of energy and positivity.

As a ftonf of house team member at KSK you will be:

Greeting people as they arrive at the cafe and seating them to take their order or taking their take away order

Taking food and drinks orders and running food and drinks to tables

Clearing tables

Washing up

General Cleaning

Using the till

Answering the telephone

Having a full knowledge and being aware of allergens on our menu

Working together with the kitchen and other team members to ensure good service

Handle any enquiries from customers in a polite and informed way

Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality and barista work is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extra hours during school holidays as required
