FISH FRYER JOB WITH EXPERIENCE IN KITCHEN,

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fish Fryer to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking fish dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and food safety are maintained at all times. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a busy kitchen environment, contributing to the overall dining experience of our customers. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh fish and ingredients according to specified recipes and standards
  • Cook fish dishes using appropriate techniques, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cooking area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with meal preparation and presentation to ensure timely service
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety standards are met
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of hot oil and equipment
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
