Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender/Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in serving and hospitality are highly valued. Baccaro is a new concept in Teddington where cocktails meet Cicchetti. Previous Cocktail Bar experience and knowledge of cocktails making and wines are advantageous.

Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and take their orders efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks , wines and beer
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Ensure all drinks are served responsibly and adhere to licensing regulations
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and promote special offers or events
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cocktail bar & Restaurant is essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Good communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • A positive attitude with a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required
  • on top of basic hourly rate you will receive Tronc, cash tips and holiday pay
