Bartender/Barista – The Fig & Olive (Weekend availability is essential)

Nestled in the heart of Middleton, we take pride in creating a professional dining experience. Our commitment to quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a relaxed atmosphere sets us apart, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing family.

Job Description

As a Bartender/Barista at The Fig & Olive, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Maintaining a clean and organized barista and bartender station
  • Taking and preparing drink orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness

Working Hours

  • Up to 40 hours per week, dependant on the needs of the business
  • Zero Hour contract
  • Candidate must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Previous bar and barista experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for creating a great customer experience
