DUCK & DRY IS HIRING!

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Sales Supervisor to lead our customer-facing team and ensure an outstanding service experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front of house sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
  • Drive sales performance and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Complete end-of-day reports.
  • Supervise staff during shifts.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels.
