Pay: £15.71 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a starter Chef de Partie to join Lussmann's friendly team. Full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.

Lussmanns Fish & Grill is a popular, independent sustainable restaurant group with brasseries in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin and Woburn.

Your basic hourly wage will be £15.71 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

Prep and service work, cleaning down, compliance training (food safety, health and safety, COSHH, allergens).

Since opening in 2002, we have established a loyal local following, won national awards, been recommended by The Good Food Guide since 2010.

In September 2018 we were thrilled to have a spot in Giles Corens top 100 restaurants in the UK and we won the category 'Sourcing Fish Responsibly' at the Sustainable Restaurant Awards.
