Job Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
  • Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation, serving, and handling
  • Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff as appropriate
  • Manage guest requests or complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations at all times
  • Support with cash handling, bill processing, and accurate transaction recording
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on guest services
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for supporting food prep tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a lively setting
  • A friendly attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
