Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn. All positions are paid, including internships, and are ideal for individuals passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and seating guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation as required
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally and resolving any issues promptly
  • Supporting barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when necessary
  • Maintaining food safety standards in all aspects of service
  • Assisting with catering events and special functions as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated individuals
  • Experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant environment is advantageous
  • Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial but can be learned on the job
  • A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
