Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our establishment.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with food preparation and bartending as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional hospitality to create a positive customer experience
- Assist with restaurant and catering operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending, food preparation, and food safety practices is a plus
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is beneficial

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
