Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a lively atmosphere, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication between guests and kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, maintaining presentation quality and timely delivery
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and provide correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, counters, and bar stations
  • Support bar operations by bartending or preparing coffee drinks as required, demonstrating barista skills if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their overall experience
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver efficient and enjoyable service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred, including roles such as server, bartender, or barista
  • Knowledge of catering services and food safety protocols is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic food preparation skills and familiarity with restaurant operations are advantageous
  • A genuine passion for hospitality combined with a proactive approach to teamwork and guest service
