Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar/Front of House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the bar and front-of-house areas, ensuring excellent service and a great customer experience, efficient food and beverage preparation, and team leadership. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Train new team members on service protocols, food safety standards, and company policies to promote a cohesive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food production, serving, and alcohol service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with patrons.
  • Support baristas in preparing specialty drinks and maintaining a clean, organized bar area to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proven experience within a customer service setting.
  • Ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork.
  • Front of experience.
  • Familiarity with food production processes in both kitchen and bar environments.
