Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated restaurant and kitchen staff to join our new day time restaurant at Caulders Garden Centre Merryhatton. Whether you are looking for a new Chef's position, kitchen porter, waiting staff or restaurant manager we have many exciting positions available.

These are exciting opportunities for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences. These roles involves working in a dynamic environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Managing tables efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a friendly demeanour
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and processing payments promptly
  • Supporting team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
