We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club.

Born in Paris and inspired by the sunny, generous soul of Italy, Bambini is a lively trattoria known for its colourful dishes, shared feasts, and playful spirit.

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our team and help deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a festive, design-forward space where every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

What you'll do...

• Deliver warm, genuine and attentive service throughout the guest journey, ensuring every table has an exceptional dining experience.
• Confidently guide guests through our food and drinks menus, making recommendations and sharing your knowledge of our seasonal dishes and beverages.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring they are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standard, maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively provide solutions so their expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
• Work closely with the wider floor, bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment while following all food safety and service standards.
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar food and beverage role.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
