Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Front of House team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the culinary arts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills

Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
