Junior Pasta Sous Chef

Babbo, St John’s Wood – Now Open & Thriving

Babbo — the newly opened and already highly regarded Italian restaurant in St John’s Wood — is now building its next wave of kitchen talent. We are fully open, fully operational, and already establishing ourselves as a standout destination for exceptional Italian dining.

We are now recruiting a Junior Pasta Sous Chef with genuine passion, discipline and ambition to join our growing brigade.

The Role: Junior Pasta Sous Chef

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Hard‑working, disciplined and hungry to grow
  • Skilled and confident in pasta preparation and execution
  • Experienced in premium or high‑end kitchens
  • Able to support the Sous Chef and lead sections when required
  • Calm, organised and consistent during busy services
  • Proud of their craft and committed to excellence
  • A team player with a positive, aspirational mindset

This role is ideal for a CDP ready to step up, or a junior sous chef looking for a kitchen where they can develop fast and be recognised.
