Supervisor

Gainford Hotels Group is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to support management in bar and restaurant at The Hudson, in Newcastle’s city centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the day to day running of the restaurant and bar with the manager on duty.
  • At least 2 years experience in a previous role is required if not advantageous.
  • In the absence of the manager run the food service or bar giving guidance to the team.
  • Must be able to follow instructions clearly and communicate efficiently.
  • Must maintain food and beverage knowledge in order to upsell products.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
