Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your responsibilities will include mixing drinks, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years old or meet local legal age requirements for serving alcohol
