Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Full Time Kitchen Porter, where your energy and dedication will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, work surfaces, floors, and storage areas
  • Assist with the proper storage of food items, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensure all used utensils, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and stored correctly after use
  • Follow health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Help manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental policies
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
  • Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
