Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage food production processes, including portion control and presentation standards
  • Oversee food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to optimise kitchen efficiency
