Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, outstanding service, and high food quality standards. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and help create a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen team members, and baristas.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.
  • Support food preparation, cooking, and plating when required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Organise staff rotas, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and help minimise waste through effective inventory management.

About You

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Able to remain organised and calm in a busy environment.
  • Experience in serving, barista duties, or bar management is advantageous.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
