Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and extensive experience in professional kitchens. As a key member of our culinary operations, the Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and supervising kitchen staff. Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
