Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our amazing growing country restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a proven track record in management within hospitality environments. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing teams, driving sales and skills, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The successful applicant will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth and maintaining operational excellence across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and maintain high performance standards.
  • Develop and implement staff training and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage budgets, and ordering processes.
  • Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to develop skills in management and customer service.
