Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while balancing time management to serve all guests promptly.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving or intoxication.
  • Keep accurate track of tabs, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere.

Experience

  • Previous experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards and the importance of maintaining a welcoming environment.
