ABOUT FOREST HILLS HOTEL

Forest Hills Hotel is a 3-star hotel located in the heart of Frodsham, Cheshire. We're a growing, independently-minded hospitality business offering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. THE ROLE

Salary depending on experience

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll prepare high-quality breakfasts for our hotel guests and restaurant customers in a professional, supportive environment.

You'll work independently or with kitchen support, managing the breakfast station and delivering consistent, quality dishes under pressure. This role offers genuine career progression within our growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook breakfast service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Manage breakfast station independently or with kitchen team support
  • Ensure all dishes meet specification and are served promptly
  • Control food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries and store ingredients appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff for excellent service
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements
  • Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards

SHIFT PATTERN

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • 5 days per week
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm (includes break)
  • Includes weekend and bank holiday working on rota basis
  • Occasional flexibility may be required for special events
  • No late shifts or evening work required

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
