Catering Supervisor -St Thomas School

20 hours per week

Term Time Only

Monday - Friday

£13.21 per hour

Daily covers - 85

  • Duties:
  • - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes- Monitor food quality and taste for consistency- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items- Train new kitchen staff members Qualifications:
  • - Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
  • - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • - Excellent communication and leadership skills
