Seasonal Customer Experience Stylist

Join the Team That Makes Jewellery Fun

At Jewells, jewellery is more than an accessory. It’s a way to express yourself, build your style and celebrate the moments that matter. And there’s no bigger season for that than Christmas.

We’re looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Stylists to join our stores for our busiest time of year. You’ll help customers find the perfect gift, or a little something for themselves, and make every visit feel special.

If you love people, thrive when the shop floor is buzzing and want to be part of a brand where energy, style and experience come first, we’d love to meet you.

The Contract

  • Seasonal contract covering our busy Christmas period
  • Shifts include weekends and late-night trading
  • Flexible shifts that work around you, ideal if you’re studying or looking for extra hours

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create exceptional experiences. Welcome every customer, build a real connection and make each visit memorable.
  • Style and advise. Help customers discover jewellery they love, from the perfect gift to a stack that shows off their personal style.
  • Make gifting easy. Guide customers who don’t know where to start, and help them leave with something they’re proud to give.
  • Drive performance. Support store sales targets during our biggest trading weeks.
  • Keep standards high. Help keep the store clean, well stocked and looking its best, even on the busiest days.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, confident person who enjoys working with customers
  • A love of jewellery, fashion and styling
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A team player who stays calm and upbeat when it’s busy
  • Availability across the full contract, including peak weekends
  • Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
