About Gulf Trading Corporation:

Gulf Trading Corporation is a growing trading business operating in the fragrance and perfume sector. We are expanding our retail presence across premium mall locations in the UK, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through kiosks and shop-in-shop formats.

As we scale our retail footprint, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Retail Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day retail operations and help us build a world-class shopping experience for our customers.

The Role

This is a key leadership position within Gulf Trading Corporation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail operations across mall kiosks and shop locations. You will be the driving force behind our sales performance, team culture, and operational standards — ensuring every location runs efficiently and profitably.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and has experience building retail operations from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple sites
  • Direct experience in mall retail, kiosk or concession management — this is non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a retail environment
  • Strong people management skills with experience recruiting, training, and developing retail teams
  • Experience managing stock, inventory, and replenishment across multiple locations
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of retail P&L, margins, and cost control
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Full working rights in the United Kingdom

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Background in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail
  • Existing relationships with mall management companies in the UK
  • Experience opening new retail locations from scratch
  • Familiarity with retail management or point-of-sale (POS) software

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
