Carl Kammerling International specialises in the distribution of high-quality branded tools and security products to retailers and distributors worldwide.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Pwllheli.

Working as part of the internal customer services team you will be expected to support our customer needs through handling product enquiries, resolving queries, inputting orders and advising customers on products. You will also be supporting our external sales team in servicing the customer through arranging deliveries, advising of product availability and aiding with general queries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Attention to detail and focus –you must be able to listen and record information accurately
  • Customer service experience - whether face to face or over the telephone
  • Confident outgoing persona, particularly on the telephone
  • IT literate

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the skills and more importantly the attitude and ambition to succeed within the working environment. In return, the Company offers many developmental opportunities as well as an extremely competitive benefits package.

Full time working hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Full or part time hours are available for this role.
