Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a versatile Bartender/Host/Hostess, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, expertly mixing drinks, guiding guests to their seats, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and engaging first impression.
  • Take and deliver drink orders efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and drink recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
  • Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and answering inquiries about the venue.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously throughout their visit.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Experience in serving drinks, managing guest requests, and providing exceptional guest services.
  • Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
  • A genuine passion for creating welcoming atmospheres and memorable guest experiences.
