Job Overview
Ringway Golf Club, based in Hale Barns, is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Manager to lead our thriving events and private function business.

Located in the heart of Hale Barns, Ringway Golf Club is a prestigious private members club with a busy programme of member events alongside an expanding external function business including weddings, celebrations, corporate functions and funeral receptions.

This exciting hands-on role will suit an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial opportunities..

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering member and private events
  • Managing client enquiries and converting bookings
  • Coordinating room layouts, catering and AV requirements
  • Supporting the Food & Beverage operation
  • Managing event administration for member and private events, pricing and EPOS systems
  • Growing external function business and repeat bookings
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards throughout

About You

You will have previous experience within hospitality or event management and possess excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills. A flexible and proactive approach is essential together with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience within weddings, private functions, hospitality venues or club environments would be advantageous.
