- Able to maintain clear professional boundaries
- Adaptable in their approach to individual pupils
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
- Reliable and able to commit to the short-term placement
Experience supporting children or young people is important.
Experience within SEND, SEMH, Alternative Provision, PRUs or specialist education would be particularly valuable. We also welcome applications from people with relevant transferable experience, including youth work, residential care, sports coaching and other child-focused settings.
A relevant Teaching Assistant or Learning Support qualification would be beneficial.
Why work with Ripple?
- Weekly pay and holiday pay
- Support from an experienced, teacher-led team
- Access to specialist training and professional development
- Ongoing support throughout your placement
- Further opportunities with Ripple following the placement
- A friendly team who take the time to get to know you
