Ensuring all engineering work is completed in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures
Certifying and releasing aircraft to service following maintenance activities
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and airworthiness across all engineering tasks
Collaborating with customers, operational teams and engineering stakeholders to deliver serviceable aircraft.

This role is based on site at RNAS Yeovilton and is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on a 4-in-7 shift pattern, including weekends.

Essential experience of the Licensed Aircraft Engineer:
Demonstrable aircraft engineering experience within a regulated aviation environment
Proven ability to lead and support teams during maintenance activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure while adapting to changing priorities
Excellent planning, organisation and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications for the Licensed Aircraft Engineer:
CAA Part 66 B1.2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
Supervisory experience within an aviation environment
Ability to demonstrate the practical and theoretical standards required for the role
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong understanding of customer and contract partnering arrangements.
