Full job description

An exciting opportunity has risen to join a unique team working across the health and care system in Rochdale which includes working with a number of partners and providers across the NHS and Council.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the role of the Business Support Assistant (Admin Hub) to join the Integrated Administration Team Hub that sits within the Integrated Commissioning Service. The successful candidate will work with the team to provide business and administration support across the Integrated Commissioning Service and wider Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale health and integrated care system. This is an interesting, exciting, challenging and busy role.

Applications are welcomed from individuals who have extensive business support and administrative experience with excellent communication, customer service and IT skills, and are able to work on their own initiative as well as part of the team. You will be someone who is flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the service and have experience of taking minutes, booking meetings and processing invoices.

The role will be based at Number One Riverside; however the team are currently operating hybrid working arrangements, which includes working from home and Number One Riverside dependent on service needs and office cover.
