Situated in the historic county of Durham, reputed to have been Henry VIII's hunting lodge and home to the Eden family, guests arriving at our historic hotel won't be disappointed with the original wooden beams, sloping roofs and creaky floorboards. Nooks, cracks and crannies that are part of the building's original foundations are to be found in most corridors and bedrooms.

Recently renovated modern Spa seeking Level 3 Spa therapists. We offer a wide range of treatments and packages using Temple Spa products and treatments. Award winning training is provided.

The Spa facilities include a heated indoor pool, Sauna, Steam room & hot tub & three relaxations areas.

The spa treatment rooms have been beautifully transformed which include a wet room to deliver body wraps/scrubs.

Key responsibilities;

• To provide high standard treatments for all spa guests.
• To deliver excellent customer service when greeting guests ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome.
• Ensuring consultation cards are completed at all times and correct procedures are followed inline with medical history.
• To be confident working towards treatment targets such as rebooks, upselling and column management to maximise revenue.
• To be confident at retailing spa products and to work towards retail targets to maximise revenue.
• Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned, maintained and fully stocked before the end of each shift.
• To work on a flexible working rota basis which will include weekends & bank holidays.

Personal attributes;

• Level 3 Beauty Qualified.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Can work under pressure.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team work skills

Other duties may include working on the spa reception, serving refreshments and cleaning of the overall spa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
