We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join My Property Pros South Belfast & Lisburn, a premium exterior cleaning company delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial properties across the area.

The Role

As an Exterior Cleaning Operative, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of specialist cleaning services, including:

• Roof cleaning
• Window cleaning (Reach & Wash systems)
• Gutter clearing
• Softwashing (render, cladding, exterior walls)
• Pressure washing (driveways, patios, paths)

You’ll be working on a variety of properties — including high-end homes — delivering visible, satisfying transformations that customers genuinely appreciate.

The vast majority of our work is carried out using safe, ground-based systems, meaning no working at height in most cases.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a full, clean UK driving licence
• Can pass an Access NI check
• Is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their work
• Learns quickly and can think on their feet
• Is decisive and proactive on the job
• Has good communication skills with both customers and team members
• Is comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Wants more than just a job — someone interested in long-term progression

No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
