Title: Commercial window cleaner

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £17 per hour (based on on level of self-sufficiency, proactivity and Individuals with specific capabilities, such as operating equipment.)
Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities
Holidays: 31 days inclusive of bank holidays

The Ideal Candidate:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
- Experienced: 2+ years of window cleaning (preferably high-level/commercial).
- IPAF 3a & 3b (preferred but not essential), training provided.
- CSCS card (beneficial but not essential)
- Comfortable at Heights: You may be working up to 180ft via Truck Mounts.
- Flexible: Willing to work nights, weekends, overtime and away from home as needed.
- Personable: Outgoing, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.
- Responsible: Strong time management and initiative.
- Safety-Focused: Able to read and understand RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), with excellent awareness of health & safety.
- Driving licence: Preferable for travel to various job sites.
What You’ll Bring:
· Work at Height Competency: Ability to safely operate from ladders, tower / scaffolding, MEWPS, roofs, anchor systems or BMU / cradles systems.
· Equipment Handling: Skilled in using tools such as water-fed poles, squeegees, pressure washers, and harnesses.
· Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of Work at Height Regulations, PPE requirements, and risk assessments.
· Time Management: Efficiently plan and execute jobs to meet deadlines and client expectations without compromising quality or safety.
· Problem-Solving: Adapt to different surfaces, weather conditions, and access challenges.
· Attention to Detail: Deliver streak-free, thorough cleaning results on all surfaces.
· Customer Service Skills: Professional and approachable communication and interaction with colleagues and clients to ensure satisfaction.
· Basic Record-Keeping: Ability to log completed work, report safety issues, and document job details clearly.
