Ben’s Gutters Ltd are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part time Promo/Distribution Assistant to work within our Promo and Marketing Division.
The role involves ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the Promo and Marketing Division.
This position will be based at the Scotland Office - Edinburgh EH11 3UY.
Ben's Gutters Ltd (www.bensgutters.com) are a nationwide company specialising in gutter and roof cleaning for residential and commercial properties, with over 330,000 happy customers.
The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support on specific tasks related to Promo and Distribution
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the distribution of the company leaflets to the designated distributors.
- Prepare documents and presentations using GSuite and Microsoft Office.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests from the Division Head.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Requirements and key attributes
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, personable, and enthusiastic approach.
- Able to deal with a large quantity of documents and documentation actions.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and GSuite applications.
- Proficiency in office administration and multi-tasking.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
