Who Are We ?

CIS are Bristols longest established family exterior cleaning company - we provide professional and reliable exterior cleaning to a range of clients throughout Bristol and the South West.

What Do We Offer ?

As a company we value our staff very highly - the bloodline of the company are out staff and we ensure full training, support, equipment and uniform are provided in a friendly and fun working environment.

We pay a starting salary of £24,000.00 which rises to £25,000.00 after your initial probation period is complete based on a 40 hour week.

OTE will allow the employee to earn upto £30,000 per annum.

We have a quarterly bonus scheme in place so as the company progresses and does well so will all our staff - we will invest in your training and support and we offer a Employee Assistance Programme as well.

We ensure you will have a company vehicle to use from our base in Avonmouth where you will work closely as part of our team or on your own depending on the jobs due - you need to get to our office with our working hours based on an 8 hour day between 06.00am - 16.00pm.

What do we need ?

We are seeking genuine friendly happy staff - who are willing to come in on a reliable basis, contribute and provide an honest days work for a good salary and support package - we are looking for reliability, honesty, friendliness and a willingness to keep our clients happy by providing a professional service and going that extra mile for them.

Youll need a driving licence that's preferably clean.

We don't necessarily need experience as we can provide full training although if you've worked outside before and done any window cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning etc we'd love to hear from you.
