Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for painting and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for various painting tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Duties

  • Prepare surfaces for painting .
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Ensure that all painting tasks are completed efficiently and to the required specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist with general labour tasks as required, including moving materials and cleaning work areas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation of materials to various job sites.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
