We are looking for a confident and hard-working individual to join our team. We require someone that resides in the Essex or surrounding areas, but who is willing to travel to within and around this location.

There is a 3-month training period, where you will work with our team to ensure you gain the experience required to work on your own. During this time, you will be on a training wage, but as soon as we feel you have the knowledge and skills there will be a 6 month probationary period and you will start at £25,000.00 per annum, 6 months after this your pay will be reviewed and if targets are being met your pay will increase furthermore. Once you are working on your own, a company vehicle and tools will be provided. (During the training period, fuel will be paid for).

*** DUTIES ***

- Clean windows & exterior UPVC using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions

- Complete other additional services we offer such as gutter clearing and conservatory roof cleaning
- Wipe down frames & sills to ensure a thorough clean
- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high windows
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition

*** EXPERIENCE ***

- Previous experience as a window cleaner is preferred but not required
- Full UK Driving Licence (You will be expected to drive to areas on your own)
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and solutions for different types of windows
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and working at heights – The water fed poles can be heavy to hold
