Keen2Clean Exterior Cleaning is a rapidly expanding company providing high-quality exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking two full-time, motivated individuals to join our growing team. Job Details:

• Position: Exterior Cleaning Operative (Full-time)
• Hours: 35 contracted hours per week, with plenty of overtime opportunities and optional weekend work
• Salary: Competitive rates of pay (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning (both traditional and water fed pole), gutter clearing and cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and roof cleaning
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally and build rapport with customers and clients
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Keep accurate records and complete paperwork as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Presentable and able to represent the company in a professional manner
• Previous exterior cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
• A full UK driving license is required

Probation Period: 3 months. During this period, we expect candidates to become fully acquainted with the work and required paperwork.
