BELFAST – WORKERS WANTED – IMMEDIATE START

EFS Group are looking for casual / part-time workers, with the opportunity to lead to regular full-time work across upcoming projects in Belfast.

We are currently looking for people in two areas:

1. EXTERIOR CLEANING / ROOF WORKS / GENERAL LABOUR

Experience preferred but not essential – training can be provided.

Work includes:

Roof moss removal and chemical treatment

  • Roof verge, ridge and hip pointing
  • Minor roof repairs
  • Power washing paths, paving, walls and brickwork
  • Gutter, fascia and downpipe cleaning
  • Clearing gutters, gullies and drainage channels
  • Using extension poles and exterior cleaning equipment
  • Driving company vans
  • Working from property job sheets at different houses
  • Dealing professionally with tenants/customers
  • General labouring and other work within EFS Group

2. GROUNDWORKERS & GROUNDWORK LABOURERS

We are looking for experienced groundworkers as well as labourers to work alongside our groundworks teams.

Groundworks can include: Excavation and site preparation

  • Drainage and pipework
  • Gullies and drainage channels
  • Manholes and recessed covers
  • Sub-base / stone preparation and compaction
  • Paving and flagging
  • Kerbs and edging
  • Concrete works
  • Ground levels and falls
  • Using breakers, saws, compactors and other plant/tools
  • General landscaping and external works

Experienced groundworkers must be capable of carrying out work properly and working without constant supervision.

Groundwork labourers do not need to be fully experienced groundworkers, but some construction/site experience is preferred. You must be willing to learn, work hard and assist experienced groundworkers with all aspects of the job.

FOR ALL POSITIONS

Must be reliable, hard-working and able to work as part of a team.

Full driving licence preferred.

Flexible work available, with the opportunity for ongoing/full-time work for the right people.

Immediate work available in Belfast.
