Full-Time Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Operative

Location: Gosport and Fareham area

Pay: Percentage-based earnings, usually working out between £15–£21 per hour, depending on the work completed each day.

Tip Top Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd is a growing exterior cleaning company covering Gosport, Fareham and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term role within a growing business.

Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to progress within the company, including potentially running your own van and round in the future.

The role

You will be carrying out window cleaning and exterior cleaning work on domestic and commercial properties.

Our work includes residential properties as well as commercial sites, schools and care homes, so a DBS check will be required.

Main duties include:

• Cleaning windows, frames and sills on residential and commercial properties.
• Using water-fed pole systems and traditional window-cleaning equipment.
• Using ladders where required and safe to do so.
• Clearing gutters and downpipes.
• Assisting with pressure washing and other exterior cleaning work.
• Speaking with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Looking after company equipment and vehicles.
• Making sure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Must live locally to the Gosport or Fareham area.
• Must have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Must be willing to complete a DBS check.
• Must be reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Must be available for full-time work.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors throughout the year.
• Must be confident working at heights.
• Must be physically able to lift and move equipment safely.
• Must have good attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable speaking with customers.
• Previous window or exterior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
