Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying outall types of exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial premises. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Perform exterior cleaning services to include roof cleaning, softwashing walls, pressure washing etc.
  • Use specialist cleaning methods and chemicals as required.
  • Follow strict operating processes.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the operations manager.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with exterior cleaning services.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • A proactive drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Attention to detail in all cleaning tasks to ensure thoroughness and quality of work.

Pay

Exterior cleaning operatives pay starts at £12.50 per hour. Rising to £12.75 after one month and further with advanced training.

Start time is 06:45 and we generally leave site at 16.30 to leave an average week of around 48 paid hours.

There is a bonus system in place that rewards staff when the company makes a profit and this is generally around the £20 to £40 per week region.

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
